Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer service phone calls
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Customer inquiries via email, mail, or social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Process and invoicing new orders
  • Clerical duties
  • Support on-line customers
  • Handling simple tech support 



  • The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.
  • Must have deep knowledge of the automotive aftermarket culture and industry
  • Prior experience as a sales representative in either automotive sales, inside sales, outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing sales preferred
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a people person’)
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Quickbooks knowledge is a huge plus
  • Excellent verbal/written communication
  • Professional telephone etiquette  
  • Professional Appearance
  • Show up to work on time


Full time job 40 Hours per week

Hourly starts at $12 with room to grow – Prospects with higher qualifications can start at a higher hourly entry level pay. Includes healthcare benefits.
