Formula Drift Texas 2016

Texas Motor Speedway was the host of Formula Drift’s 7th round of 2016 competition and the second to last round for PRO2 drivers. With the points race being so even, it’s essential for the drivers to be prepared and able to perform for every single point. Our drivers and race teams did a great job regardless of running into obstacles, but such is racing and motorsports.

Jeff Jones had a great qualifying run with a score of 90 points in his 800 HP LS powered S14. This put him up against the very competent Kristaps Bluss on the top 32 bracket. Kristaps advanced to the final 4.
