Endurance Racing – Servicing after every event is highly recommended.
The Overhaul includes the following services:
- Disassembly and inspection of coilovers
- Rebuild coilovers to original specifications
- Replacement of seized external components (not including optional upgrades)
- Replacement of worn jetting assembly components
- Replacement of worn O-rings and shims
- Refill with Amsoil Sythetic Shock Oil
- Shock-Dyno to verify performance
- 1 Year warranty from the date of service
Turnaround time will vary with each service order and will be dependent on the work and components needed as well as the overall condition of the parts sent in.
Partial disassembly of each shock prior to shipping is encouraged as this will help tremendously with turnaround time. If components such as locking rings, spring perches, and/or springs are in good working condition, please remove them before shipping.
SHOCK DYNOS
We utilize a Roehrig 2VS shock dyno. To ensure that your coilers are fully functional and deliver superior performance, we can test for the following:
- Compression performance
- Rebound performance
- Seal drag test
- Sweep test
- Cavitation testing
- Comparitive testing
